FINE GRADING

The first step in the landscaping process is to create a foundation. Just as a new house needs a strong foundation, so does your landscaping. This is accomplished with fine grading. We’ll begin by examining your property. Then we’ll order grade stakes to be installed. These will tell us how the water should flow on the property and how much dirt will be needed to accomplish proper drainage. We’ll remove, add, and reposition dirt as needed to grade your yard so water flows away from your house and off your property.
